Must be kept refrigerated at between 0 and 5 °C. Use by date of 6 months.


The raw material used for the preparation of these products is of optimum quality. We use:
- Natural bacon (non-injected) of optimum quality and lightly smoked with the quality woods of oak and chestnut.
- Dahuriff Dates (jar containing 12 u. and catering size) and for dates in conserve the exquisite Selkya muscatel dates (conserved in oil).

How to serve

In order to serve the product it must be fried or heated using a microwave oven.
