Grandfather Ramón began as a broker. However, years later, his doctor recommended him to devote himself to other quieter tasks that would allow him to reduce his stress level.
That’s when Grandfather Ramón decided to enter the family business of sausages and take over the factory that Casa Noguera had in Guardiola de Berga. The lot that bears his name reflects this change in life that he came to need so much.
The Ramón “pica-pica” batch is ideal for you to enjoy great moments surrounded by your loved ones. To talk quietly savoring the fuetec espetec, appreciating the different notes of the olives, discovering the date with bacon and being creative with the pecatums.
All accompanied by a glass of white vermouth and good music. Do you also visualize it?

The lot includes the following products:
- 1 bottle of 75 cl of white vermouth Falset 1912.
- 1 fuet espetec of 180 gr.
- 200 gr Etna olives.
- 200 gr Vinci olives.
- 200 gr Nocellara olives.
- 200 gr Kalamata olives.
- 12 dates with bacon.
- 1 egg pecatum of 140 gr.
- 1 black pecatum with pistachios of 140 gr.
