Elaboration
If you are in love with Catalan sausages, the Joan batch is for you. We have included a lot of traditional delicacies and at the same time we wanted to go beyond the fuet (we love it and we make an excellent one, but it is very evident).
Joan was in charge of Casa Noguera since the introduction of color television and during the following years. Thanks to his work and that of his cousin, as a company we consolidated ourselves as a reference in Barcelona for what is related to sausages.
How did we do it? Being very good in the fundamental, in the traditional: the sausage! We have been working for 150 years, which is said soon. Enjoy the Joan batch in which we condense our baggage to experience flavors and textures.
