We are a family business with 150 years of history. In fact, today we are the fifth generation of the same family. And it all started with Concepció.
In 1870, Concepció and her husband Esteve bought a booth at the Guardiola de Berga in equal parts, which became a sausage maker. It is the birth of Casa Noguera.
Since then, we have endeavored to make the best sausages with the recipes that our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and great-great-grandfathers have left us.
This lot “the foodie” is dedicated to Concepció to commemorate her courage and determination. Consider yourself invited to celebrate life with us tasting this excellent batch of products.
