- Within each product you have the option to add items to the cart. Click on “Add to cart”
- When you have added everything you need to the cart, click on the menu button with the basket icon.
- On the shopping cart screen you can delete items or modify the quantities. If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the corresponding box. Here you can also calculate shipping costs and see what options for delivery you have. To do this, enter your postal code and click on “Calculate shipping“.
- When you have finished, click on “Finish purchase“
- Fill in the form data. It is important that you fill in all the boxes. Select the date and time zone in which you want to receive the product.
- Select the payment method and shipping method and click “Place the order“
On the “Finish Purchase” page you can choose the day in which you will receive your order. If you do not specify anything, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping costs €5.95 (VAT included).
- For orders over €50, shipments are free.
- It is also free if your zip code is from 08001 to 08042, without minimum order.
You have 2 options to make the payment:
- Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
- Payment through PayPal (requires to have an account created in PayPal).
Online payments are secured by a high security encryption system. Neither Casa Noguera nor anyone with access to the web will ever know your card number, since this information is encrypted in a secure way and is totally unknown to us and to anyone.
In the product sheets we indicate the approximate weight of each product of the online store. However, there are some pieces of meat that are served whole, so they can vary in weight. In any case, we will always put an amount as accurate as possible and never lower than the one indicated in the product description.
All orders placed through the website are prepared in our factory in Carrer França de Igualada just before being delivered to the delivery person.
The delivery drivers are from an external company specializing in fresh products. We assure you that both we and the transport company take great care of the product and we strictly respect the cold chain to prevent food from getting spoiled.

Some products are especially delicate and as much as we take care of the delivery process, we can not assure that they arrive with their maximum flavor and nutritional properties.
That’s why we prefer not to sell them online, although you may find them in an establishment near you. Contact us to know more information about how to get them.
Being a fresh product, provided that the order has arrived in good condition, we do not make refunds. However, if a product has not been to your liking or was not as you expected, please contact us through our customer service section and we will try to solve it.
