Tanoques of Chorizo

Our tanoques are given fuet with peppers. It is a perfect chorizo to take you where you want and so you don’t even have to cut it.

We make our egg tannins following Josep’s recipe:

  • We use the best lean together with the most tender bacon.
  • We chop everything very cold and make a paste adding peppers, spices and additives.
  • The stuffed in natural casing of lamb and make pieces of 15 gr.
  • We take it to the dryer where it will stay three days to obtain a perfect cure.

Our tanoques are served in tubs that make it ideal for the little ones to take to school, as breakfast and as a snack. This portable chorizo will delight you.
