Our Nocellara olives come from Trepani in Sicily.
The harvesting of these large olives is at the start of the season and they are cured at the Castelvetrano style.
This way of maturing them confers them that bright green colour and a very fresh taste.
Nocellara olives are fresh and unpasteurised, which makes them ideal for aperitifs and salads.
For their optimum conservation, they need to be stored in the fridge.
Packaging and delivery
Product available in jars of 200 gr and tubs of 2 Kilos.
