Our Vinci olives ate pitted “Chalkidiki colossal” olives with the following additives:

  • Mushrooms.
  • Red peppers.
  • Orange peppers.
  • Garlic.
  • Aromatic herbs.
  • Sweet red pepper.

The Vinci olives are fresh, unpasteurised and therefore ideal for aperitifs and salads.

For their optimum conservation they must be kept in the fridge.
