Local and quality raw materials
We buy the best meat from local suppliers of a certified quality. We believe that only in that way we can make cured meats as good as the ones we do. Everything we buy is fresh, nothing is frozen.
More artisan meat processing
All the pieces of meat are selected and handled by hand with the aim of controlling and ensuring our quality standards. We prepare meats by hand as the traditional delicatessen dealers have done. At Casa Noguera we prefer not to produce so much quantity, but in exchange offer a better quality.
Food safety above all
As part of our commitment to your health and wellbeing, the natural spices we use are sterilised. With this, we loose a slight aroma, yet we gain in food safety.

We deliver to Barcelona city and the vicinity within 24h
We have our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles that deliver to the area of Barcelona every day. The objective is that the 1,000 points of sale which we supply have our products with the maximum freshness.
Deliveries to the rest of Spain
We deliver products throughout Spain upon request and with a transport company specialising in moving fresh goods. Free deliveries with minimum orders.
